"Ali is the best! "

"If you want someone who will be by your side, helping you through the day and capturing beautiful memories- she is your girl! She was organized day of and made us feel so comfortable. We got married in January and she made sure I was staying warm throughout photos, brought boots to me, etc. She truly goes above and beyond. Not to mention the pictures are lovely- a perfect blend of posed and candid moments, capturing the details and highlights of the day..."

Where it all started

And why I chose weddings

I have always loved the intention behind photographing memories. Growing up you couldn't catch me without a disposable camera in my hand. Photographing my family, friends, and even my Bratz dolls that I'd set up to be in weddings lol

🌿I've loved love, and being able to freeze time at some of the most vulnerable, beautiful, loving, and joyous moments of people's lives!  Being Autistic & human-focused, I've always approached photography as a way to connect with those around me because when words fail me, images speak volumes.

🌿Being in the photography industry for almost 15 years, I've learned so much about people and myself, and the biggest thing I've learned is that people are driven by love and how incredibly special it is that we have the capability to capture it.

🌿Four years ago, I decided to dive headfirst into the wedding industry so I could surround myself with even more people like you, who value the human connection and the love we all share. So reach out, and let's get to know each other and create some magic together!

During this wedding, I took a more documentary approach because that’s what Maddy & Cam wanted, and this is one of my absolute favorite weddings to date! I have so many epic shots from this wedding, but this one in particular, the lighting, the framing, and the colors just had me absolutely over the moon. The way the shadows played on the walls and her face just brought this sense of calm as she was moments from seeing her partner for the first time that day. You can see the excitement and love as she looks at her bridesmaids, knowing she’s about to embark on her forever journey! This shot was set up, but I just let her be there in that moment as she reflected in the moments before we went to see Cam for the first time that day

This image perfectly captures everything I love about wedding photography—the colors, the raw joy, and the deep, undeniable love between two people. There’s something so effortless about this moment, the way they steal a kiss as they walk back up the aisle, their loved ones beaming behind them. The golden evening light filtering through the trees, the soft pops of color from the flowers, the scattered petals on the grass—it all feels like a scene from a dream. But beyond the aesthetics, what makes this one of my favorite shots is the connection I had with this couple. I got to witness their journey up close, from the nerves to the laughter to this exact moment, where everything else faded away except for them. Simple, calm, and overflowing with happiness—this is what love looks like.

This is a shot I prompt at every wedding, not just for the beauty of the image, but for the meaning behind it. Weddings can feel like a whirlwind—so many emotions, so many people, and a timeline that moves faster than you ever expect. That’s why I intentionally build this moment into the day, giving you the space to pause, breathe, and truly be present with each other. It’s not about posing—it’s about feeling. The way your hands find each other naturally, the deep inhale before you exhale the weight of the day, the way your eyes meet with the unspoken understanding that this is it—your forever. These few quiet minutes, away from the chaos, become some of the most cherished moments of the day. And the best part? You don’t just remember them—you get to relive them through the photos, time and time again.

This image is everything I love about documentary-style wedding photography—completely unfiltered, full of life, and bursting with pure, uninhibited joy. You can feel their energy, the laughter, the movement, the way they’re fully present in this moment. There’s no hesitation, no second-guessing—just two people letting loose, soaking in every ounce of happiness. What makes this even more special to me is the trust they had, not just in me as their photographer but in their surroundings, in the love from those that surrounded them, in each other. I didn’t have to direct anything here—I just stepped back and let them be, capturing the magic exactly as it unfolded. And that’s what makes this image so powerful—it’s them, exactly as they are, in a moment they’ll never forget.

This moment feels like time itself stood still. The way the light gently falls on her face, the quiet emotion in her expression—it’s as if you can feel the weight of this moment just by looking at the image. I love how the framing draws you in, placing you right there with her, witnessing this deeply personal exchange of energy between them. With Spencer's mom in the foreground, it adds an extra layer of closeness—this isn’t just about two people; it’s about the love and support surrounding them. Documentary photography is all about capturing the in-between moments, the ones that speak louder than words, and this is one of those. A fleeting second of stillness before forever begins.
